For the Hawk’s Xavier Turner’s return to action, he dominated the first quarter, scoring all but one of the Hawks touchdown’s in the first quarter.
— The Richland Rebel defense, though in the second quarter, did seem to tighten up, as they only allowed a single Birdville touchdown. . “We all just took a deep breathe and relaxed and just went out there and did what we were coached to do,” said Hawks quarterback Justin Martin.
