In the End, the great man that Joe Paterno was is enough to stop his legacy from being tarnished

P.A STATE COLLEGE:  Joe Paterno died on Sunday January 22, leaving a legacy in College Football. — A legacy, that some think was tarnished by the events of the Jerry Sandusky Sexual Abuse case. — While Paterno didn’t sexual abuse anyone, he still knew what Sandusky had done, and Paterno could of done something about it, but he didn’t, at least not enough to stop Sandsusky.  – A couple weeks ago in a interview with Washington Post sports columnist Sally Jenkins interviewed the former Penn State Coach. — She asked him why he didn’t do enough to stop Sandusky, Paterno said: “I didn’t want to be thought of  as a accomplice”. — Despite not doing more in that, Paterno’s legacy by some, isn’t ruined the slightest bit, those are the people that knew him as the man that he was, the great man and coach that he was.

It may be for some, hard to put what Joe Paterno should of done behind, even for me, it is, but I forgive him, which is what you should do as well. — But let me say this: If someone I knew that I was close with and I caught He/or She doing something bad, maybe even this bad, I would report this immeaditley to the authority (Police). — Despite different opinions in the man and what he didn’t do to stop the evil, sick, mad-man Sandusky, Paterno will and always will be enshrined in the history of Penn State Collegiate Football without a tarnish through the eyes of  the people that can see past someone’s flaws, and or mistakes,  Coach Paterno, will always be remembered not for letting Jerry Sandusky sexually harm a Innocent little kid, but for the great man he was, and for the great things he did in his 85 year life, he made a big difference in a lot of people’s life’s. — He was more than just a “football coach”,  for some guys he was a “father figure” to them.

– A lot of former/current players at Penn. State during his long run with the Nittany Lions.  – In the end, the good of Mr.Paterno was more than the “bad”  in him.
